- Only routes on designated walls/sectors count.
- The grades/walls follow the new 2023 guidebook "Lander Rock Climbs" (available at Wild Iris Mountain Sports).
- Competitors are only allowed to submit up to 4 climbs from each sector to count towards their overall 15-pitch score, so you must visit multiple sectors throughout the day! Competitors should submit their top 15 pitches, but 15 pitches is not required!
- Routes must be onsighted or red-pointed to count. This means no falls or hangs, aiding of any kind, and the anchor must be clipped!
- Partners must match each other pitch for pitch (not necessarily climb for climb); your partner cannot climb pitches for you.
- You must use this official scorecard during the competition and turn in the one you use (please be kind to the judges and be as neat as possible!).
- SCORECARDS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE 4 PM! 500 points will be deducted from competitors' scorecards if turned in after 4 PM. Cards submitted at or after 4:15 PM will not be considered.
- No gear stashing is allowed, be fair!
- The use of motorized or wheeled transportation is not allowed at this competition.
- Using stick clips is permitted for safety reasons
